Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) to us for a exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

All products purchased should returned in their original purchase condition with original packaging and receipt. If you do not have the original packaging, please package products securely to avoid damage during transport. Please send your return to us using an insured and traceable shipper, as Sincere Hobby will not be liable for any losses or damages during return shipping.

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or have parts missing are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable. (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or wrong product please contact us immediately.

Credits are issued back to the original form of payment only. On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made after we receiving and verifying the returned products.

Unless the product is damage or the wrong item shipped, a 10% of restocking fee will be charge on exchange and return item base on the purchase price paid.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Sincere Hobby is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact Sincere Hobby at info@sincerehobby.com before returning any items. Please include your name, customer number (if available), order number and the product description (name, product number) in your email.
